I was so impressed with the layout of the water fountain. Perfect location across from the library, connected to the skate park and lots of space to enjoy a picnic on the lawn. We had such an enjoyable afternoon with my granddaughter here as several families had gathered together while children and adults took advantage of the cool water on a hot, sunny day. So glad this park is located in our neighborhood. Great gathering spot for young and old alike!

Nice little park to walk. This area has been staked out by the homeless though. I wouldn't say it's dangerous, except as a I white male I have the privilege of not feeling threatened when walking through an area like this at night. Public spaces where homeless people began to reside at can cause health and safety concerns. I'm glad people have a place to be, but at the time of this post, I would say this area is more for Ballard's homeless than the community at large.

Too many homeless people around. Not safe for kids to roam around freely as they may find who knows what on the park grounds

This park looks nice but Is full of homeless junkies screaming profanities and smoking crack, breaking bottles and screaming about stabbing people in the neck. This city is a joke. Unsafe for your children but costs a million dollars to live on this park. Don't waste your time here
