Open: March - December

Corvus Cellars is a partnership between Winemaker Steve Lessard and Winegrower Randall Hopkins. Corvus currently produces a limited 1000 cases of wine with emphasis on using fruit from the Red Mountain and Walla Walla AVA's. This includes estate fruit from their European inspired Corvus Vineyard in the Red Mountain AVA.

For over 20 years, Winemaker Steve Lessard has been producing world-class award winning wines at establishments like Stag's Leap Wine Cellars in Napa Valley, Hedges Family Estate on Red Mountain and Whitman Cellars in Walla Walla. Steve and Randall focus on producing wines that are balanced, elegant and reflect the terroir of the fruit.

Corvus Vineyard is located in the Red Mountain AVA - the smallest AVA in Washington State at just over 4000 acres. Located in the rain shadow of the cascade mountain range in the south central region of Washington State, the Red Mountain AVA is acclaimed for its red varietals and is well known for its superb growing conditions - well drained soil, good air movement and long warm growing days with cool nights during the growing season.

The region consistently produces some of the highest scoring wines across the globe. The 6 acre vineyard is planted using a high density design (5x5), under drip irrigation using VSP trellising techniques. The cultivars planted include Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petite Sirah, Petit Verdot and a small amount of Mourvèdre.
