The PLFA is a non-profit organization who believes in giving back to our community. As a result of the 2013 Festival, both Chimacum Schools and OlyCAP each received $3,500 from the event proceeds. These organizations will also be our designated beneficiaries for 2014. Thanks to everyone involved for making the Festival a success!! This year our Festival by the Bay will be bigger and better then ever before. We have more music groups, extra food vendors, and activities all day long for the entire families.
